Edible Uprising Farm is a small scale regenerative farm growing vegetables and flowers in Troy, New York. We are dedicated to growing nutrient dense food, enriching soil fertility, and offering food access within the city without the need of a car. We are passionate about food, farming, the environment and community. We grow over 70 varieties of vegetables, 50 varieties of flowers, and are always looking to add to our selection of crops. We offer CSA Farm Shares, and sell our produce wholesale and at our farm stand.

Edible Uprising Farm is the partnership of Ben Stein and Alicia Brown. Ever since we began working in agriculture in 2009, we always knew the long term goal was starting our own farm and working to sustain ourselves physically and financially with a focus on environmentalism and social justice. After years of seeking land of our own to no avail, we were connected with a gracious land owner in South Troy, NY with similar ideals, who had been searching for experienced persons to take on the adventure of starting a regenerative agriculture project, right in the throes of the city. While leasing land was not exactly what we envisioned for ourselves, the opportunity was too great to pass and in 2019, we entered our first year on the property.
