Mixed Greens & Mandarin Orange with Asian Vinaigrette

½ pound or 6 cups Mesclun, or other salad mix
½ cup chopped scallions
1 cup cubed High Rock Cheese or Gruyere
1 small can Mandarin Oranges
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup canola or vegetable oil


In a salad bowl toss together Mesclun Mix, scallions, cheese, oranges, and sesame seeds.  In a separate container whisk together vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad.
