Grilled Corn on the Cob

8-12 ears of sweet corn
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
Butter
Directions
- Heat the grill to medium.
- Pull down outer husks of ear of corn to the base. Remove silk from each ear. Pull husks back in place and place the ears of corn in large bowl of cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes.
- Remove corn from water and shake of excess. Place corn on grill close to cover and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or until kernels are tender.
- Remove the husks and eat on the cob. Serve with butter.
