Roasted Cauliflower

Find Farm Fresh:



1 large head cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove outer green leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets.   Discard stems.
  3. Place the cauliflower on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.  Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss well.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing once until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake additional 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Season to taste and serve immediately.
