In 1899 John Henry Fix started the Fix Farm when he purchased property in the Hudson Valley. Over the years, John purchased more acreage to expand his farm. After his death in 1931, his son William Henry continued farming what was known as the Woodchuck Farm. In 1953 William Henry’s sons Bill and Bob changed the name of the farm to Fix Brothers.
