Lewis Waite Farm raises 100% grass-fed and finished beef and non-gmo fed pasture-raised pork on 450 acres of organic pasture and hayfields. Our products are available year round at farmers' markets in Saratoga Springs, NY and Dorset, VT. We serve as a regional food hub for farms and producers with bi-weekly deliveries in and around NYC.
