The Hudson Farmers’ Market was started by Milt Meisner and Doc Posner who wanted to bring a farmers’ market to Hudson and support small farmers and start-ups with a place to sell their produce. In 1899 John Henry Fix started the Fix Farm when he purchased property in the Hudson Valley. Over the years, John purchased more acreage to expand his farm.
