Long Days Farm

Long Days Farm is a small family farm in South Cambridge, NY.  We specialize in a variety of vegetables including asparagus, sugar snap peas, sweet Itlaian peppers, beets, carrots and over 20 varieties of cherry tomatoes.  We aslo grow strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

We are best know for our hardneck garlic.  This season we are growing six varieties.  All have superior flavor and lack the harsh bitterness present in most store-bought garlic.  Much of this garlic is sold as seed garlic for planting by home gardeners and market farmers.

We maintain a flock of around 50 golden-laced and silver-laced Wyandottes along with a few chickens of other varieties.  Our hens are completely free-range and are therefore free to forage on a variety of vegetation, seeds and invertebrates.  The chicken feed we provide is locally grown and GMO-free.

Our products are available at the Cambridge Valley Farmers' Market and the Cambridge Food Coop.  Other outlets include the Green Grocer in Halfmoon, Capital Roots and the Greenwich Farmers' Market.
