Kent's Sugar House

Kent's Sugarhouse is a small maple operation nestled in the hills of Berlin, New York, producing pure New York maple syrup during the region’s lively sugaring season. Using sap gathered from local sugar maple trees and traditional boiling methods, the sugarhouse transforms fresh sap into rich, golden maple syrup that captures the flavor of the countryside.  Our authentic farm-made maple syrup is available at Hewitt's Market located in Berlin, NY.  

During maple season, visitors are welcome to stop by the sugarhouse if you see steam rising from the evaporator, a sure sign that maple syrup is being made. It’s a great chance to experience the maple-making process and pick up delicious maple syrup while supporting a local producer dedicated to quality and tradition.
