A Harvest Legacy & Summer Fun Await at Engel’s Acres

A Harvest Legacy & Summer Fun Await at Engel’s Acres

In the rolling green fields of Brunswick, NY, you'll find a farm with deep roots and even deeper community ties—Engel’s Acres, located at 445 Brunswick Road in Troy. Founded by Ed and Cindy Engel, Engel’s Acres is a sixth-generation family farm whose journey began with just a card table and sweet corn, eventually growing into the beloved full-service farm stand it is.

 A Legacy in the Land
The Engel family has been farming since 1870, originally in Colonie, before planting new roots in Brunswick after selling part of their original land to Albany International Airport. What started small blossomed into a farmstand known across the Capital Region for fresh produce, New York dairy, homemade baked goods, and a warm, community-focused spirit.

 Farm-Fresh & Homemade
Visitors to Engel’s Acres can enjoy everything from fresh picked lettuce and patty pan squash tohomemade cookies, pies and much more. The farm also features local eggs, milk, cheese, and soft serve ice cream—perfect for those hot July afternoons.
